Chicken wings 12
Flour 1 cup
Hot sauce 1/2 cup
Butter 1/4 cup
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
Salt,black pepper,sugar 1 tsp

Put the butter and hot sauce in pan heat on low flame add black pepper and garlic powder ,sugar also add tomato ketchup mix until thick .

In a mixing bowl add the plain flour ,red chilli powder ,salt
Coat the chicken wings in this flour mix.
Place the wings in the fridge for at least 1 hour .

Fry the chicken wings in hot oil when cooked take out and mix into the sauce.

Chicken Spring Rolls

Ramadan 3

2 chicken breast cut into pieces
1 pack of 40 spring roll pastry
1/2tsp coriander powder
1/2tsp cumin powder
1/2tsp crushed red chilli
1/4 white cabbage chopped finely
Salt to taste
Knob of butter
1tbsp oil

Bring water to boil in a pan and add the chicken. Cook the chicken until its tender/cooked. Once cooled shred the chicken with a knife or hands then leave aside.
Heat oil and butter in a pan and add the cabbage,sauté until soft.
Add all the spices above and cook for a few mins.
Add the shredded chicken to the cabbage mixture and mix.
Put 1tsp of mixture in the pastry and fold the sheet then roll it.
Deep fry until golden brown.

Arabian Baked Pasta

Macaroni:2 cups boiled in salted water.

Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Chopped tomatoes
Crushed garlic
3 eggs

For the white sauce:plainflour 3tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Milk 3 cups

To oil add diced onion sautee add crushed garlic add chicken cook on slow heat to this add salt ,blackpepper,paprikA powder also add in the diced tomatoes cook until chicken is tender.
For the white sauce heat butter in pan add flour slowly add in milk salt,blackpepper cook until thickend take of heat add in 3 beaten eggs mix chicken and macaroni into white sauce mix.
Place mixture in to oven proof dish top with grated cheese oven cook for 20 mins.

Chicken liver is very good for iron deficiencies.

1kg chicken liver washed
2tbsp ginger crushed
2tbsp garlic crushed 
1-2 onions chopped 
3 tomatoes chopped
1tsp chilli powder
1/4tsp haldi
1tsp coriander powder
Pinch of black pepper
1/2tsp cumin 
4-5 cloves grinded
2 bay leafs 
Salt to taste 
4tbsp oil


Kadu gosht – Chicken and Pumpkin Curry

Chicken and pumpkin curry

This vegetable named as kadu is our beloved prophet Mohammed saww favourite vegetable. If you haven’t ate it then why don’t you try this today with chicken. Easy and simple and you get to follow a sunnah!

1 roaster (small pieces)
1 large kadu green pumpkin chopped
4 tomatoes
2 large onions
2 tsp garlic chopped finely
2 tsp ginger chopped finely
1tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp haldi
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
Oil for cooking

Heat 4tbsp oil in a karahi and slightly sauté the onions till golden brown. Add the garlic&ginger.
Sauté for 5-7mins
Add the chopped tomatoes and sauté for 10mins.
Add haldi,chilli powder& salt
Add a little water, keep stirring
When the curry paste leaves its oil
Add the meat, fry for 10mins.
Cover and cook for further 15mins.
When it leaves oil, add chopped kadu and mix through. Add a cup of water and cook on medium heat until the vegetable is mashed.
Garnish with coriander and serve with rotis.

Shan Boneless Chicken Biryani

Boneless chicken shaan biryani

1kg cubed boneless chicken
1 packet Shan biryani masala
2 onions chopped
3 tomatoes chopped
Chopped coriander
Few slices of tomatoes
1/2tsp chilli powder optional
1-2 green chillies chopped
4-5tbsp oil

Heat oil in pan and fry onions until brown. Add tomatoes and sauté.
Add the meat and stir fry for few minutes. Add few cups of water and cover and cook until meat is tender. Add Shan masala and stir fry until the oil separates from the masala. Add a little water and leave aside.
Boil rice and layer in the dish with rice,meat and then rice. Garnish with coriander and green chillies with slice tomatoes and cover and cook on low heat until rice is done.
Mix well before serving.
