1 chicken small pieces
2med onions sliced
3-4 tomatoes chopped
1tbsp garlic&ginger each chopped
1tsp chilli powder
1tsp garam masala
1tsp cumin powder
1tsp daniya powder
Red&green pepper slices
Sauté the onions, garlic and ginger in oil until golden brown.
Add tomatoes,haldi and garam masala and cook. Add the chilli powder, salt, daniya powder,cumin powder with a little water and cook.
Add the meat and cover and cook for 15mins. Cook until the oil separates adding water if needed.
Add the peppers and cover and cook for further 10mins until cooked. Serve with roti or rice.
